Audit Report: A ‘Usability’ Audit is Recommended if Your Site is Receiving Some Traffic, but Conversion is Low
Ceed provides a particular form of usability research – ‘heuristics’ research. A website usability heuristics expert will review your site and create rough sketches and diagrams of recommended website layout changes for your team to review. You can implement these changes in-house, or Ceed will complete the changes for your company based on a follow up project contract (please request in addition to the report – thanks!).
Turnaround is generally quick (within about five business days following an initial project phone meeting) and recommendations are documented for your future reference.
Finally, the report findings are shared with your internal team during a live in-person meeting or conference call, as arranged by your key internal project lead (additional report review calls beyond one are $100 per call.)
- Report cost is $500. It is delivered by PDF via email attachment. In lieu of PDF, it can be sent to one address of your choice for no additional fee. Additional copies thereafter are $10 including USPS regular first class postage, plus $.50 per page color, and $.20 for black and white. Extra addresses must be submitted in written format to Ceed.
Limitations / Overage:
- This report is based on five hours of total labor, including final meeting time (discussion time during the initial sales call is not charged).
- Additional time will be billed at the rate of $100 per hour.
- You will be notified in advance if any overage charges are foreseen and these will not be billed without your express written permission.
- Reports are based on a custom review of your website with code and design recommendations that are specific to your website.
