Find a way to display a complex product and service offering from the perspective of prospective customers on the Web.
Solution:
Several types of research were conducted resulting in a plan for the marketing website’s information architecture. Copywriting then proceeded based on this website outline. The final website copy was a result of writing collaboration with the client’s internal marketing team.
The website design was developed through several key design iterations in conjunction with the internal web design development team over a multi-year period. These iterations incorporated search engine optimization (SEO) needs, as well as ongoing modifications toward enhancing website conversions.
